As company does not have any business work pressure is low.

Shell company no business.no growth.no appraisal only politics with professional. Job security is about they want to hold or release professional like CS and CA according to their convenience by signing bonds for 3 years,not as per the willingness of the professional and compel then to do work at a lower salary on the basis of bond signed without any increment.not good co for and educated professional having good future ahead....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
