Good work environment and culture. Team mates and management are supportive.there is a gaming arcade for chilling. they give good salary hike.

Dislikes

There is alot of poltics.salary is decent but carrier growth is slow.Training not given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting.I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal trainning session.I learnt every thing on the job. And I also got good position .

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
