There not a single thing in Shaze which can make you feel work in that organisation. People are not valued. MD Samrat Zaveri is the most idiot person on this earth. He abuses and humilates its employees.He had litereally spoiled so many employees career. They can remove people from job anytime wihout any reason. It is to be believed that such people and such organisation still exist.

Dislikes

Everything. No ideas are appreciated. Worst work culture. They remove people without any reason. Humble request dont spoil your career working in such organisation

Work Details

Work was good however it is never understood by MD. besides nobody knows what he wants. Such idiot and illogical person handling company itself is negative.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
