If you understand the process details you can earn well. Process is simple follow simple technique and that is the key to survive

Dislikes

I throughly enjoyed working here. I think we need to highlight right thing on the right time and only the key mantra to survive. You need to be proactive and need to be at the top of the work assigned to you.

Work Details

Sometime it was compromised that we had to work on weekends but it was well compensated hence I think it's a fair bargain and people opted for it

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
