shashijit infra projects limited gets good to learn works in projects ,they take big and good projecta ,work done in quality payment method time to time

the contrectors does not live in control, employee does not have a label, The purchase and store team does not have a control

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
