Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Comfortable working hours, Weekends Off Interior Design department is very cool and the team leaders teach every damn thing in detail You get enough time to submit drawings Exciting projects with good budgets, you are allowed to visit site.

Dislikes

Check HR policies and salary in hand details before joining Only 4 leaves are allowed in the first year. Whether you have work or not, you are expected to complete eight and half hours of office everyday. Hardly any appraisals over the years.
