Likes

The hospital is very clean and hygienic. Also my RM and ex-Centre manager was very supportive. Hence I had a quite good time working with them.

Dislikes

The environment that we have at Ranchi Centre. Fully biased, some people do politics all the time including my present centre manger. I hated the work culture at Ranchi Centre and due to this, the centre will never grow.

Nothing to like actually what they initially speaks later on changes the same and they force you to follow their decision.

Group is at very initial level of their expansion and strategy need to be changed to run the expansion units
