The way they do business and run teams is terrible, Every quarter there will be a transition in the teams and new targets and new dimensions all together, It will be very difficult to adapt and after achieving and over achieving the targets also they will one fine day deactivate our Email and Slack and Layoff us after a tenure of more than 4 years, So if you are fine with you getting laid off after working real hard then please go a head and apply for a job in ShareChat...Read More

Used to be a place where there was a lot of opportunity to learn and grow professionally, around great people. Creativity and innovation was encourage and supported, and exposure was brilliant. Work-life balance was real and team members worked cohesively. (Keyword is ‘WAS’)

Everything in the current state. - 0 job security. Layoffs almost every 2 months - Appraisal cycle is rigged. The appraisal process is unfair and there is no transparency. - There is no opportunity to grow with the organisation anymore. Unless you can bootlick the right people. - There is barely any opportunity to learn or be creative or innovative because brands and partners don’t want to associate themselves as much with ShareChat Moj anymore. - Your work will go unnoticed. - Work culture has gone to the dogs. It’s a tense atmosphere because anybody can get fired anytime. It’s toxic and tense. - Only sales people are relevant right now. Even with money not coming in for months & months. - Cost-cutting in every manner is the only constant. - There is barely any functional dynamic between and in teams due to lack of resources and panic about layoffs....Read More

It was great company with great culture but they needed a better strategy and financial management before hiring in bulk. Because I was doing great as it was my first corporate job, also I got many appraisals and a promotion in less than 2 years but still they laid me off without any prior notice or anything

Job insecurity - They laid off twice in a year. 700employees in Jan 2023 & 300in Dec 2023. Promotions are given but increment in package was not done properly. Changed Policy without proper information to employees. CEO is a big time liar. Doesn't care about employees. Upper Mgt. Is inefficient they don't have knowledge how to run acompany. Depends on external agencies. Their app also has lot of bugs which the team doesn't fix....Read More

Very much rude no patience to listening.
