There is no work life balance. Even if we work till 8 they ask us to work till 10 and will tell that if you do like this only you will get promotion otherwise you will not get. Even if we complaint about our reporting head to the higher authorities there will be no action against them. It's such a biased people company who are hiring like these kind of people.
