Dear sir l have done my work in time.l have well experienced accounts, inventory & Manufacturing accounts in Tally ERP 9.Company is good but management is very bad. So I have resigned my job 2 year's back. Now I am not working in that Company. Thank you sir.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

Horrible work experience employee have to report 6 persons MD, ED,CAO, Plant Manager, Management Consultant and finally department head (Optional). All are having different mindsets and ideas. They don't discuss finally blaming the employees. Poor salaries. If candidate is their cast ie REDDY surly he will get good Salary as expected even he don't have qualification and experience. No any other benefits like Leaves, ESI, PF, Mediclaim, Public Holidays, weekly offs, safety precautions, transportation (Expect Accounts department), No gratuity and exgratia, if employee expired on duty or off duty they least bother Having very bad experience. More ever management scrolled like anything and they will calculate each and every minute if work including spending in washroom....Read More
