The company is great place to work . We have our own individuality for make discussion related to work . We enojy working at sites facilities are provided is upto the mark . Provide good trainings & development skills,company provides standard recreation & employs social & celebrate company annual days with family members which develops good relationship with teammates. We all be like a family .

Dislikes

Company should develop Recognition and appreciations for individuals then depending on the incharges .

I have been working in SP for 3 yrs . Never felt working under pressure we love job location

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
