I have no reason to like this Company due very poor management. Only singal positive point about salary time it's time to time.

Very workload in less manpower No new recruits to empty seat No increment no any other benifits

Good work environment and culture. Job security is good but they also recruit project basics employment that's not good in that job period project basics employees don't get any type increments and apraisals. But overall it's good 👍 experience to work in shapporji.
