In this hospital HR policy and hospital rules change day by day and these rules and policy only apply on junior staff of the hospital .thare is no value of junior staff in hospital. In this hospital your job security is depend on your flattery in front of there Incharge, HR department and hospital committee if you good in flattery your job security is 200%. I dont know about appraisal system in hospital because last 1 year 11 month there is zero increamnet in my salary.
