1. Excellent platform for Engineers to learn and develop their skills. 2. You will encounter new problem statements everyday. So you will have lots of work and opportunities to interact with multiple departments and with customers to provide solutions.

1. Very low pay amoung listed companies 2. If you are more than one year experienced and looking to join this firm, choose wisely!!! You won't even be in consideration for a permanent role for the next 2 years. Even if you're the best performer in the company!! 3. Lots of politics. Deserving candidates are sidelined if you don't align with their views.

Working in the company from beginning they don't have other experience and they will force you to be their bad culture don't allow you to do anything new.
