I have completed 8+ yrs of service with SNC, Happy to work here and got a very good hike every year, learn lot of things from my seniors, colleagues and my management. We have to satisfy the reliable and reasonable targets set by our management, that's what every management wants. Just do your job without any delay, you will be appreciated for sure Dear Ambition box team, Kindly check the comments written by our staff or ex staff or strangers are genuine or not. You should be a reliable to employer as well as employee. Simply publishing fake comments, it disgraces us. Hope you will evaluate the comments properly and then publish. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
