If I am talking about job security in this company our jobs is secure because company having many projects and work culture and Company policies are good we can learn every thing and upgrade our skills but I think,there is no management.

I worked in this company for 2years I completed 4 projects they want more work and more time of employees and they don't have right way,right planning and stretegy which is require for a projects. due to this employees are faces many problems and getting stress.
