മാനേജ്മെന്റ് ഇലും മറ്റും ചില വ്യക്തികൾ കൂടെ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നവരെ രണ്ടായി കാണുന്ന മനോഭാവം ഇണ്ട് അതു വളരെ മോശം ആയി തോന്നിയിട്ടിണ്ട്, വ്യക്തിപരമായി എനിക്കും അത്തരം മോശം അനുഭവങ്ങൾ ഇണ്ടായിട്ടിണ്ട്, കമ്പനിക് ഇഷ്ടമുള്ള ആളുകൾക്ക് മാത്രം ശമ്പള വർധനവും മറ്റു ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങളും ഇതൊക്കെ ശാലോം ചാനലിൽ നിന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ചില്ല

There is lot of politics. Salary is not decent, career growth is slow.
