It was a great experience working with Shaloms. It is quite a formal set up and provides opportunities for learning. The salaries and decent and the gentry ia good. I learned a lot and co faculty ia nice. It is equipped with student friendly amenities.

Principal speaks incorrect English with a n equally pathetic pronunciation. Lift can be used only by management and Principal only god knows for what reason. Are others not humans??? . Zero HR policy. No induction or orientation. Random work thrown at people. No clarity on leave policy. They fire pregnant employee and then call them up to join when they are unable to fill in the position. Such hypocrisy. Salary slips not provided. No clarity on PF , tds and other deductions. Absolutism and nonsense politics. Everyone is in their own world. No one is even bothered about pedagogical approach, child centric learning or even getting the basics right. The kids of lower classes don't even go the library. The teacher comes and narrates. What world are they living in!!! And worst, no one wants to mend ways, change with time and understand that it's about goals and not targets! Servile approach of few makes the place insanely toxic....Read More
