It has a very good HR policy and system and place. Salary and other compensation is done in timely and effective manner. Very good travel policy for expats. The products and services they provide to customers are of best quality.

You don't have any freedom in working or taking any decisions. Even to sneeze you have to take approval on mail. And that too will come after the Horse is already bolted.
