HR policies such as travel booking and other expenses.

Dislikes

Unskilled top leadership management. Only buttering to safe self job. For any work if you want to get it delay learn from Shalimar. Lots and Lots of politics which an employee don't want in an healthy organization. When you will join they will treat you as an all mighty god but after 1 week no any support from HR. Worst employee management handled by HR, HR only take salary at the month end and enjoy. No any work on attrition rate. One of the oldest paint industry but in terms of total wealth its like a newest paint industry. Think twice before joining....Read More

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
