Great company to work till it was in Jindal Group hands. Excellent work life balance. i got more than 5 promotion during my long tenure. My functional head gave me full freedom to grow.

Few foolish people joined the organization and spoil the culture completely. they are CFO and few more. please do not join Shalimar now. Job Security is only one day. culture is worst.

Pressure of the sales! No support in orice wise, seniors will not visit the Market with executives. They didn't care who work hard. Only they required sale.

Office was centrally located in Gurgaon. Now even that’s gone with it moving to Mumbai leaving employees to look for a job suddenly.

Work culture - TOXIC. People resign without even getting a job. Job insecurity even for the best of performers. Ratings are given basis number of hours and not as per productivity. Bad pay master to employees (random pay cuts), vendors, lots of bad debts and legal cases that never end. If you are good at your work, love your familyand respect yourself, avoid working at this junkyard. It’s a graveyard for your skill sets, self love and knowledge. The management and the SCM head behaviour is very bad and using slang language on meeting and employees. HR team also not supporting to any employees. So bad working environment to prove yourself.

Unskilled top leadership management. Only buttering to safe self job. For any work if you want to get it delay learn from Shalimar. Lots and Lots of politics which an employee don't want in an healthy organization. When you will join they will treat you as an all mighty god but after 1 week no any support from HR. Worst employee management handled by HR, HR only take salary at the month end and enjoy. No any work on attrition rate.
