Toxic Work Environment and Lack of Accountability My experience at this organization was deeply disappointing and distressing, primarily due to the abusive behavior of individuals in top positions. Specifically, the SCM Head, Mr. Sunit Pillai, and AGM Santosh Gupta, displayed unprofessional and disrespectful conduct toward their coworkers. Their behavior can only be described as hardcore abuse, as they consistently failed to treat colleagues with basic dignity and respect. Despite raising these serious concerns with the CHRO, Director, and COO, I was met with complete silence and inaction. The lack of response from leadership was not only disheartening but also indicative of a systemic failure to address workplace harassment and foster a healthy work environment. This negligence left me with no choice but to resign from the organization without serving the notice period. The toxic culture perpetuated by individuals like Mr. Pillai and Mr. Gupta, coupled with the leadership's refusal to take accountability, creates an unsustainable and hostile workplace. I would strongly caution anyone considering joining this organization to thoroughly evaluate the work culture and leadership before making a decision. Great company to work till it was in Jindal Group hands. Excellent work life balance. i got more than 5 promotion during my long tenure. My functional head gave me full freedom to grow.

Few foolish people joined the organization and spoil the culture completely. they are CFO and few more. please do not join Shalimar now. Job Security is only one day. culture is worst.

Pressure of the sales! No support in orice wise, seniors will not visit the Market with executives. They didn't care who work hard. Only they required sale.
