Unit politics & given false reports on higher authority. Very burst management should be take dicison in false report.

Ans&Nursing incharge only role in hospital sttaf harrasment both physically, mentally. I have seen 2 years of experience no any role play in hospital Ans & Nursing incharge. Very burst review at a time. Please conscious and know actuality jabalpur unit.
