The best thing is, you may have a best experience of OEM, knowledge of all kind of MP, tooling etc. Shaktiman has lots of agriculture projects that you would never see in other company.

Dislikes

HR policy of 3 years bond may have obstacles for innovation mind for the company. The appraisal is done on the series wise basis but not to those whose work is really appreciable though out the year. HR should consider balanced work life culture. Happy employees can make a big difference.

Work Details

It was quite challenging for completion of projects within a very short time of period. Some time it was turned in stressful work life because of "single window person" approach.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
