Extreme Politics in the organization, good people left, and no one is willing to join Shakti Hormann because of its culture, each branch has got 01-02 informer and that informer itself is corrupt. they monitor with CCTV, you have to install their own APK in your phone and take all calls, video, GPS and photo records. Branch Manager treat you like his servant and assistance, All employee including Branch Manager they watch reals from his personal mobile, Bangalore Branch Manager has formed his own group of teams and enjoying. Branch Manager gets paid for watching reals & other videos in office and CCTV is the eviident, He has spoiled the Bangalore office environment, He discriminates based on religion cast and culture, He likes on Mallu peeople in Branch. Our Branch manager working for 03 years and dont understand the product, cant fill the enquiry, He is always engaged in doing politics.
