Work environment and culture is average.team mates support is above average.in the pandemic support is so so not so good work is prior for management rather than safety.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Reapsected HOD'S are sometimes supported but their superior didn't allowed to support at the best.so its ruins everything.
