Partiality is on hike mode if you are good in work that is fine but if you made a mistake you are targeted..lots of misrepresentation of those who work dedicatelly and genuinely..thier work is not well defined..hence the person will not get proper appraisal..

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Reapsected HOD'S are sometimes supported but their superior didn't allowed to support at the best.so its ruins everything.
