People doing job since several years, company is still kept them though some of them are giving poor/ average of their job performance.

Dislikes

Old / Traditional mindset company, Lots of Documentation on paper onl ybut in deeper lots of gap is there, Sr. Management creates immense pressure on completing targets without finding actual reason, Work culture is like hell, learning is near to 0, organization still works traditional - no best practices from other successful organization takeen and applied.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
