No one interest to ground team problem, there focus only result. So that Shadowfax is very poor performer logistics company still now.

My first issue is concerning the Area Manager's They are not allowing me to feel free and communicate my doubts and blunders. The second point is concerning salary, which is my main concern. 16k is not the ideal package for HUB INCHARGE, and there is no other person to assist me, such as a team lead or assistant team lead, with loading, unloading, and operational assistance.
