Which means firing, 0% apparaisals, and wrong treatment or witholding of payments to external vendors and partners. Decision making is solely based on the mood of the CEO

No work culture specially assam rezone, who buttering higher person (RM) there very good. Shadowfax authority does not know the ground team's Personal life and professional life is very terribly. No one interest to ground team problem, there focus only result. So that Shadowfax is very poor performer logistics company still now.

Very worst working experience with management only putting bucket those PPL are surve here, also higher level employee have 100 to 200% hike and promotion and salary rest all have 5 to 8%
