Its a good place to get experince for a fresher and know more about the knowledge and there is very freedom and no torcher for the work and many more benefit's i'm geeting from the shadowfax i was not knowing any this about the technology but i have learn't many things from this shadowfax. the atmosphere and the management are also very good to the employee's and very polite to every one.

Dislikes

there is no feature in the shadowfax it's just a startup for the fresher and no good post for any one were we will join there only we should be there not increment and no promotion for any off role employee's every off role employee get the call agent excutive experiance letter only which ever the employee post is this is under the vendor incharge for the off role agent
