Overall toxic micromanagement, IPO prospects have strangled appraisals, some teams consistently do monotonous work so better not to land there. Lot of scope for improvement in the way things are organised, somethings still feel like the setup is as old as few months old startup.

Both the area manager and the cluster manager, full of arrogance, prepare false reports about the candidates and defame them in the market.
