If you are in production department then it is very helpful For freshers and 1-2 year experience employee this company is dam good for there learning point of view if you want to learn new things so this company is best for.

1. HR is hopeless . She never ever think about people growth. Always negative and she doesn’t have the courtesy to accept others opinion. Rude behaviour to down the line people. Very less knowledge about her profile. 2. Policy is worst ever. They treat manager and above people like trainee. They need gate pass for everything like ifu want to go out for tea or coffee. They don’t have cafeteria and also there is no place to sit during lunch hours. No medical policy for employees. Even they don’t have an ambulance for emergency. 3. Senior people will ask you the questions for which you are not responsible and it’s not ever your job. No SOP for and no work policy for any of the dept. Frequently changes in decisions. 4. Some old members they are like Boss is always right will never ever support you . 5. Work environment is very worst and you will feel like you are in Hell. 6. Owner will ask you question like anything for which you are not responsible at all. Sometime very casual questions on your personal level which is very bad. 7.
