I am working in SGT University from 2015,that time there was a short strength of staffs, but now there is lot off staff. When I started my job that time my skill not more effective but our chairman wants to improve our skills knowledge with the help of internal and external agencies. Now we always learn something and utilized in daily jobs.

Only one negative point I saw!! our old staffs are elegible for promote to all positions if he/she working in same culture, but after two three year one new officers come without predecided job responsibilities. New employees always should be joined after defined the job responsibilities.

Lack of Support: The university's failure to address my complaints and protect my well-being is a serious concern. Unprofessional Behavior: The actions of my colleagues, including the spreading of fake rumors and deliberate boycotts, suggest a lack of professionalism and respect. Hostile Work Environment: The overall atmosphere seems to have been negative and unsupportive. Sgt University is one of the best private university in Delhi-NCR. University provides good opportunities to the new employee. The job is secure. There is no work pressure. Provides mess, accomodation and other facilities at nominal cost. JiTherefore, I honestly review that the university deserves a five star rating
