Fixed time 9-5 with 1-2 lunch break. Paid Transport and meals. Plenty of cultural events.

Dislikes

Politics. Incompetent people are surviving by buttering, politics, licking, back bitching, rumour mongering. Frustrating work culture. People who works are put under tremendous pressure. Those who don't work or work less are given more priority than the working guys. Job is also very frustrating as there is no support for new joiners.
