I have been with sgs ahemdabad for 4 months , the internal politics have seriously affected my experience here. Favoritism is rampant and decisions often seem to be based more on personal relationship than on merit ( instrument department due to team leader) . Also there's a lack of transparency from management, which creates a toxic atmosphere where employees are left in the dark about important changes and decisions. Very disappointed by company policy. I joind as FTS no perks benifit included only accidental insurance provided for employees only not for family members it means they are not coverd at all.
