But overall its good to work in a team and in a SGS

Authoritative position, scope to learn a lot but only if you are an autodidact, much better working hours.

SGS is sycophantic towards their clients and depends on it to sell their services. They hire a lot of inexperienced employees to be used as scapegoats later. There is no job security or financial stability or promotional opportunities or skills development. You are expected to work in the same position at the same payroll for decades.
