Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the managment is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Very disappointed by company policy. I joind as FTS no perks benifit included only accidental insurance provided for employees only not for family members it means they are not coverd at all. I have been in sgs from 2 years not a single upraisal received no salary increased no job security company can terminate when ever they want. I recommend not to join this company.

Politics, they were building thire own state groups, no cultural activities, no benifits, I heard lot of employees saying that I'm unsatisfied and over stressed here, management is not good as well, they will make rules and the only break it first.
