My advice: if you want to prepare for PG and don't want a hectic life. Join any ICU in the hospital.

Dislikes

Low salary. 35k to 45k based on department.(31k to 41k in hand) Security of 10% salary will be handed over to you when you have 365 working days. LWP wont be counted in those days. Some departments are hectic. HR is shit, as usual. They cut your salary for idiotic reasons.

Work Details

Worked as a demonstrator for 8 months. Was shifted to ICU after MCI inspection completed. Don't join if you think that you will be in non clinical department for the whole time you are there.

Great to work in Department of Pharmacology. Don't know about other Depts but my department is awesome. The only drawback is low salary (around 35k/month) but understandable since it is a private college. And since there is not much work so the pay scale is ok. If you want a good payscale, try joining in a central medical college where they you around 80k but break your back with workload.
