I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. ●Government job with good pay and perks. ●One place job..no moving around places. ●Quarters available at the cost of HRA provided by organization. ●Health cover is available for employee n dependents though some employees misuse and sometimes facility becomes difficult to utilise due to many factors.

●Nurses are still fighting for respect and stand. ●Not much seperate facilities for nurses like seperate office area, lounge, rest room, canteen...u can see only for doctors....seen and shown lower than actual deserving respect likely along with technicians and other subordinate employees ●Uneven distribution and unorganized flowof work and poor nurse patient ratio makes job tiring ●No proper nurse's training to work at Superspeciality level and it makes employee anxious to face doctors while working with them..some times abused by doctors out of frustration....Read More

Dislikes

There is no coordination between principal investigator and nodal officers from different Medical colleges. They even don't want to work on designated project. Overall corruption has ook place. They don't respect their employees and their rights.
