The Job Security in this company is moderate, provided one maintains discipline and regularity. The Work Culture here is also good enough to work peacefully with a healthy mind. They have a regional client base, covering the entire Eastern Region of India. As a result, we get to travel quite enough, but mostly restricted to Kolkata and it's outskirts. Dislikes

Salary, career growth, and appraisal is very slow to be honest. Although, the work pressure is moderate to negligible, sometimes while visiting some sites located at a distance can unbalance diet periods.

Work Details

My work as an Assistant Engineer is to make BOQs of products inquired; produce CAD diagrams of the design, installation points and installation procedures; supervise installation process at required site locations; and regularly communicate with client.
