Only one thing is if you sent to client location you will get good work but anyway they won't pay you good even you are working at client, that makes you disappointed and dissatisfied.

1. No proper HR policies. 2.Company established on 2008, it's almost 11 years. But it is still consider themselves as Startup with less than 100 employees and all are less than 2 years of experience. By this you can understand the situation. 3. They will not treat their employees good. 4.
