The Feedback from clients is sometimes slow which sometimes is demotivating. Not regularly but sometimes it is streeful here. There shoule be more clients from diffrent industries for diversification

Here I learn everything not only how to grow professionally but also how to grow as human being, here I got the chance to learn from my mistakes, no one here to judge you, you are free to work by your time management by your logic, no one is boss here, work environment is superb, they never ask to work on Saturdays, we don't any salary deduction policies, we have best incentive schemes. The most important thing i felt is that here only efforts matter, and it's always been praised by our higher management and here every closure is celebrated with everybody...it feels like ki family m ek kushi ayi hai and we are sharing with each and every member. work life balance bhi hai.... haa kbhi kbhi thoda zyda mehent hota hai but end m it's worth.
