I agree the work pressure here is tremendous and there is a lack of proper working hours flexibility. No decent overtime compensation and you sometimes are called to work during holidays and leaves as well.

While meeting government due dates for ROC or GST filings, it may be necessary to extend working hours occasionally. While I don't view this as a negative, I believe that more effective planning and organization could help alleviate such situations in the future. Being a Legal Professional in this company is filled with excitement. You get to work under two of the country’s best lawyers and experts of Corporate Law. There is no dearth of knowledge and learning in the tasks you’re handed over. Moreover, there are professional trainers and counselors to guide you whenever needed.

Poor HR management. Very low number of leaves and holidays. Strict Timings and no scope of flexible working hours. Overtime cannot be encashed.

Good opportunities for people looking to learn new skills, especially in the legal and accounts stream. Seniors are willing to delegate new tasks and responsibilities. Also, they are helpful and patient with you if you struggle to perform. Good incentives for the sales team, and structured training programmers to help you adopt. Your performance is well rewarded here. You can also serve in different cities, as the company is expanding to multiple locations. Their services are a bit technically, so fresher will take time, but if you belong to the same industry, this company is definately worth a try!...Read More

I was working here as an operations staff. Had a very supportive team and senior who offered incredible guidance and upskilling. The management was supportive and patient with freshers like us. I highly admired their services and clientele base. Got a lot to learn while dealing with them as well. The best thing was flexible workinghours. As far as my profile was concerned, my issue here was professional growth. Since theirs is a service based company they have a large team to handle operations. The competition can sometimes be so high, that you might feel forgotten. It's good to start your career and learn thing, but to get senior profiles you have to be patient.
