Nothing to like. Naam ka Jaipuria hai. Jaipuria nahi hai. Jaipuria ki franchise hai.

Jaipuria Barabanki Branch is a Franchise. 1. There is a system of submitting mobile phones in morning. None of the teacher is allowed to carry mobile phone. All have to submit in morning till dispersal of teachers. 2. No fixed dispersal time for teachers. 3. Job is of 24 hours because acknowledgement of whatsapp msgs is mandatory. 4. Hindi teacher who teaches upto class 10 is coordinator of senior section. She used to make observation report of PGT teachers. 5. Different rules for different teachers. 6. Leaves are not carried forward. So if you take more than one leave then your salary is deducted, even if your are on medical condition. 7. There is no system of offer Letter. Appointment letter they give you after one or two years. 8. In appointment letter it is written that teacher is entitled for benefits mentioned in annexure "A". No one knows that where is annexure "A". They don't provide any annexure. 9. Current Principal is totally inexperienced. As a principal it is her first school. She don't have any respect for PGTs. Accordingly to her PRTs and PGTs are equal. 10. School is good for a person who is a shoe licker, good in politics. 11. Salary increment is not fixed. It varies from teacher to Teacher. 12. One teacher Sheeshkamal Mishra has filled a case against management of Seth M.R. Jipuria for not giving the salary of corona period. I definitely like the different type of training, concept, example pattern of school vey much.A fresher or any experience teacher definitely get something new to learn over here.This institutions nurture teacher into a confident person.Good working environment for those who really want to give their best to students.

The school I am working with, definitely have some kind of politics earlier when I joined but that much was ok, but after the evil feet of Head mistress in our school turned upside down, which is definitely not good for students and the hardworking teachers.She is a attention seeker,who doesn't want to give respect to fellow teachers but she wants everyone to respect her anyhow.She is very bad in dealing with students and the staff over here.Taking benefit of the position is not in the dictionary of a teacher.God please help the poor old lady who pretend to be the young 18 year old teenage girl ....Read More

The organization failed to fulfill any of the promises made during the hiring process, including salary increments and incentives. Proper documentation, like the joining letter, was delayed and incorrect, and despite multiple requests, a revised letter was never provided. None of the promised incentives were realized. Upon resignation, they refused to issue an experience letter unless one month’s salary was paid or the notice period was served.
