I went for an interview for teacher job profile to vice principle nd her knowledge regarding anything was zero, coz she said having a CA degree nd GOVT SERVICES are same. Her facial expression was deadly rubbidh with no smile, nd she said i will be hired on contract basid with 15000rs pm with 10% TDS. The organization failed to fulfill any of the promises made during the hiring process, including salary increments and incentives. Proper documentation, like the joining letter, was delayed and incorrect, and despite multiple requests, a revised letter was never provided. None of the promised incentives were realized. Upon resignation, they refused to issue an experience letter unless one month’s salary was paid or the notice period was served.
