Nothing, corporate people play dirty politics, very bad experience in my 26 years of life, i suggest not to work with this school

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
