Nothing is streamlined, Chaotic Environment due to mismanaged leaders, which drains away energy of the teachers. A lot of favouritism. Hell lot of activities due to which teachers don’t get enough time to complete the syllabus.

The organization failed to fulfill any of the promises made during the hiring process, including salary increments and incentives. Proper documentation, like the joining letter, was delayed and incorrect, and despite multiple requests, a revised letter was never provided. None of the promised incentives were realized. Upon resignation, they refused to issue an experience letter unless one month’s salary was paid or the notice period was served.
