All are non technical and non professional so you feel like you are intelligent. There is zero system for work. So all are hand up for their work responsibility.

Top management = zero Corruption in top management = High Top management are enjoying and fully currepted and they target bottom and middle lines for all failure. Politics, groupism, parsality, spoonism are on extreme level. They fired person on the name of performance, but they are fail as leaders. There have top management using bad language during meeting and unnecessarily talking rough language during open point discussion . And junier does not give respect to senior .
