It's been a great company for the initial basics learning, work culture is good all the employees will treat like a member of the family.

This company's management and company policies are so poor. This company is worst in terms of providing a good salary for the employees and even there is no job intake for the freshers. There is one idiotic chief manager name as S.Srinivasan from electrical department....He doesn't know anything...I don't know why this management appointed him as a chief manager....Alagarswamy HR should take immediate action on him...He doesn'ylt have patience to explain the problem....He doesn't know how to handle the situation....I never seen a such a useless chief manager like S.Srinivasan....
